Customer of the village where every house had to be a blockage of four separate modules dreamed of cutting-edge architecture and innovative construction approaches. At the same time, the concept of the developer is to offer stylish, but affordable housing. In response to the task was designed "Quadrohouse" - a cross-shaped four-part volume in which the units are deployed to each other, and their proportion and number of storeys changed so that each house had a separate entrance, a private green area where you do not go out the window neighbors, and open terrace. The latter - along with a complex silhouette of the walls and roof - is formed by the multi-functional membrane that covers the "Quadrohouse" above. The same shell allows you to personalize each house in the block - due to diversity of form and material finish.
Each "Quadrohouse" is given an area of 11 acres. Ranked in a row, houses form the facade line of active plastic, which is good for the fact that between them there are enclosed courtyard space - distinct or flowing into each other. Internal footage of each of the houses varies from 150 to 250 meters, and on the first floor it is always provided kitchen-living room, garage, living room and bathroom, while on the second - three or four bedrooms, two bathrooms and extra storage space. The third floor can be either an outdoor terrace, or a full range of facilities: an office, conservatory, bedroom, dressing room and a bathroom.
In general, the solution provides a potential owner of a modern, comfortable and spacious accommodation on a personal site at an economical price.
