ATRIUM’s immersive pavilion-installation dedicated to the National Centre “Russia” received the Best Exhibition award in the Architecture section at the 31st ARCH Moscow International Exhibition and Forum of Architecture and Design.

The exhibition became a spatial statement about the future building of the National Centre “Russia”, revealing the architectural idea of the centre through atmosphere, formal imagery, and an immersive experience.

Each time, we believe that the form we have found is the one capable of expressing the meaning of the project with precision and grace, responding to the task at hand, and becoming part of our shared future. This is what the stand dedicated to the National Centre “Russia” is about.

The pavilion was conceived as an immersion into the spatial image of the National Centre “Russia”. The installation translates the scale of a major public building into an exhibition format, allowing visitors to experience the key idea of the project — the image of a floating Pokrov embodied in a dynamic shell filled with light and air, shaping a space open to the city. In the project, it becomes a metaphor for a shared space and for the scale of the country: a light, dynamic form filled with light and air, bringing together everyone who enters it.

The National Centre “Russia” is being created as a permanent venue for preserving the legacy of the International Russia Expo and presenting the country’s achievements. Construction of the new building was launched on 26 March 2026, and the Centre is scheduled to open on Krasnopresnenskaya Embankment in 2028.
