While picturesque composition of buildings was defined because of the landscape and climate features. There are five buildings linked with a second floor gallery. The main social space of the complex is the atrium, which is connected with different public facilities. There is a small winter garden in the atrium, what makes it look like a real inner courtyard. It is the so called in-between space, where the façades of different building are continued without any changes, but becomes the interior. This makes the whole complex a small settlement, where you can find streets, squares, bridges and so on.
