Dream Riva Multifunctional Public Complex

The shortlist of the capital’s main architectural award was announced recently, and our multifunctional residential complex in Nagatinsky Zaton, Southern Administrative District, was selected in the category Best Architectural and Urban Planning Solution for a Multi-Unit Residential Building.

The project concept embodies ATRIUM’s authorial approach: spatial logic, an expressive silhouette and social function are brought together in a single architectural statement, creating a new identity for the place. The project integrates the distinctive landscape of the backwater with a rapidly developing urban environment.

The planning structure is based on three towers connected by a ribbon-like stylobate, which flows into the public spaces of the embankment. The embankment becomes an extension of the residential complex, offering residents and visitors a landscaped environment for rest and social interaction.

The project includes a variety of functional zones: offices, a hotel, private townhouses, “green offices” along the embankment, and preschool group spaces for 150 children. A looped route connects the complex with the city, while the underground car park frees the courtyard for people.

The award ceremony took place in summer 2025.
