Residential district in Zarechie

There were four apartment building types worked out for the new residential development near Moscow city. All of them are dense enough, because of the client’s expectations of the profit.

Only one type is a little bit more spacious and has the other style – the 3-storey buildings with sloped roofs, which are situated by the adjacent cottage-gated community. All the rest types vary because of its role in the development. Therefore, towers are for the internal squares while long ones create rhythm of street facades with different windows and oriels.
